MEET LAUREN

Lauren Shaffer is a healer, a creative, a curator — and the founder of Vessel Studio.

She naturally holds others as she moves seamlessly between two worlds; the intuitive and the strategic. As a certified Reiki Master, meditation facilitator, and Integrative Health Coach, trained under renowned teachers Lara Elliott and Mandy Trapp, Lauren supports personal expansion through a lens of emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.

Lauren has always focused on health, whether 1:1 or through building "feel good" better-for-you consumer brands. She brings her energy to clients with intention and authenticity.

Whether she’s facilitating personal healing or guiding a brand’s evolution, Lauren’s gift lies in distilling what matters most and translating it simply and practically. She is known for her grounded presence, quiet confidence, and unwavering commitment to magic — qualities that create a space where transformation happens naturally.
